This creamy sauce includes classic fish pairings: lemon, garlic, and herbs.
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 small garlic clove, minced
Combine all ingredients in bowl; refrigerate for 15 minutes. (Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
